Love gives you wings. From one adventure to another, he happily immerses himself in the game of feelings. Perfumer Thierry Wasser created the emblematic "communelle" of Bulgarian roses to capture this irrepressible love. Its perfume emerges majestically from a fresh and cheerful bouquet of lilac, peony, lily of the valley and freesia, and gives off its sensuality with notes of chypre chiseled with patchouli and white musks. In the perfect harmony of this delicate Idylle, rises the whirlwind of an exuberant and sparkling love, the sensation of an unforgettable emotion.
Idylle opens with a shower of flowers, a fresh and cheerful bouquet composed of an accord of lily of the valley, peony, freesia and white lilac. The heart reveals jasmine in combination with a "communelle" of Bulgarian roses. The base notes add a sensual chypre accord composed of patchouli and white musks.
A legendary bottle
Designed by Raymond Guerlain in 1912, its legendary "inverted heart" bottle is enhanced with elegant scrolls inspired by art nouveau. Its avant-garde cap in the shape of a hollowed heart evokes the delicate romanticism of this monument to perfumery, a true technical feat.
Guerlain is a French perfume house, among the oldest in the world. It has a large customer following, and has traditionally been held in high esteem in the perfume industry. Perfumes by Guerlain are often said to be characterized by a common olfactory accord known as the "Guerlinade". A perfume by the same name was launched by Guerlain in 1921.
