How to use:

Blonde Icing has a variable mixing ratio from 1:1 to 1:3. Mix 1 tablespoon (20 grams) of Blonde Icing Conditioning Cream Lightener with 1-3 tablespoons of Blonde Icing Conditioning Cream Developer. A 1:1 ratio is ideal for freehand techniques, while a 1:3 ratio is ideal for scalp techniques.

Process at room temperature until desired lightness is achieved for up to a maximum of 50 minutes for on-scalp applications and up to a maximum of 15 minutes for off-scalp applications. Do not use heat. When processing is completed, Extreme Shampoo and Conditioner.
