It also provides natural iodine, through the Kelp seaweed included in the composition.
Ideal to replace common salt. It should be used after cooking and its use enhances the flavor of vegetables, meats, fish, salads, rice, eggs, sauces... and in general any recipe.
Do not cook! Herbamare Diet should be eaten raw, as a condiment.
