Oat, barley and wheat flakes; sunflower, flax, and roasted sesame seeds; freshly roasted hazelnuts and sun dried sultanas from Rapunzel's Hand and Hand project in Turkey.
Use: Mix with juice, milk, vegetable drink or yogurt, mainly for breakfast but also as a snack. Fresh fruits can be added if desired.
