Biotona Bio Beginner's Matcha is a refined green tea from Japan. Ancient specialty of prestige in the culture of Japanese tea, has been reserved for the elite.
Matcha is composed exclusively of young tea leaves, traditionally harvested by hand. Two weeks before this first harvest the tea bushes are covered with a canvas to shade them and intensify the richness of their composition.
This artisanal treatment and its organic cultivation allow us to obtain a spring green tea, with body and a subtle bitterness. As its name indicates, this Matcha of the debutants is especially indicated for the initiation to the world of Matcha, as a preamble to the most sophisticated varieties.
Instructions for use:
* Add in a bowl 70-100 ml of hot water (at 80 °C, just before boiling) a 1/2 teaspoon of coffee (or 2 teaspoons of bamboo) of Biotona Bio Beginner's Matcha and beat the mixture well (with a bamboo whisk) to obtain a homogeneous and sparkling liquid. It can also be used in smoothies and shakes.
