Composition per capsule: Lactase enzyme (100,000-125,000 FCC units /g), 45 mg (4,500 FCC units).
Envelope: polysaccharide of plant origin (pululan). It does not contain gluten, starch, GMOs or dyes. Suitable for vegetarians, diabetics and patients with restrictive diets.

Content: 470 mg.

Directions for use: Take 1 to 2 capsules with, or just before, each meal containing lactose. Do not take more than 4 capsules a day. One capsule is equivalent to the digestion of a 250 ml glass of whole milk.

Recommended daily amount: 1 to 4 capsules per day.
