Lutein 10 DHA contains 10 mgr per hard capsule. of Purified Lutein, 2 mgr. of Zeaxanthin, Zinc in Enteric form (avoids gastric discomfort), Copper, Selenium, Manganese, Vitamin B Complex, Vitamin C and Vitamin E.
And for each soft capsule 500 mgr. of Fish Oil with a minimum content of 250 mgr. of DHA, 50 mg. of EPA and 5 mgr. of vitamin E.
