Arvensis Marnys® Mint Essential Oil is 100% pure and chemotyped, i.e. it has a defined composition and is 100% of natural origin.
Arvensis Mint has been obtained by steam distillation and has not been denatured or mixed with other oils, which ensures the properties of the essential oil. Arvensis Marnys® Mint Essential Oil is food grade, being a great dressing for salads, soups, sauces and stews. It is also used to accompany roasted meat. It is an option to prepare an exquisite and aromatic Tabulé with Couscous, cucumber, tomato, onion, orange, tangerine, green and red peppers, parsley and mint or Japanese Mint.
Instructions for use:
-Take always diluted, 1-2 drops, in 250 g of food (juice, infusion, salad,...). Maximum 3 times a day.
