It contains a mixture of xylooligosaccharides (XOS) and glucooligosaccharides (α-GOS) as well as different poifenols. Helps the proper functioning of the intestinal tract. How to use: Take 1 dose (spoon) daily, mixed with 200 ml of water. It can also be added with other liquids or with meals. Dose: 1 large spoon (approx. 4.6 g) / day.
