Drenant Prickly Pear The prickly pear, also called prickly pear or nopal fig (Opuntia ficus-indica), is a plant whose fruits have been consumed in the Mediterranean area. In Latin American countries, such as Mexico, their shovels are also consumed. The plant is part of Aztec mythology, in which it is considered as the plant of life, since apparently it never dies, since when it dries it can give life to a new plant. How to use: Add 1/2 or 1 measuring spoon (3-6 g) to water or your favorite drink or sprinkle it on other foods, once or twice a day.
