Against depression, St. John's wort and rhodiola are our allies. The European Medicines Agency (EMA) recognizes the traditional use of St. John's Wort to relieve temporary mental exhaustion. This plant is used to combat depressive moods and anxiety. St. John's wort inhibits the reuptake of serotonin, the happiness hormone. As a result, this neuromediator remains in contact with neuronal cells for longer. St. John's wort helps restore a positive mood.
Certain antidepressants have the same mode of action as St. John's wort. Also effective against depression, Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) is a plant known as "adaptogenic", that is, it improves resistance to anxiety and has a normalizing action against imbalances derived from stress (fatigue, difficulty falling asleep) . Adaptogenic plants have no medicinal correspondence. Rhodiola contains rosavin, a molecule with anxiolytic and antidepressant properties.
Use tips
3 tablets a day, morning, afternoon and night.
Precautions for use:
Contains caffeine (18 mg per recommended daily dose). It should not be consumed if other products containing green tea are being consumed on the same day. It should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women and children under 18 years of age. It should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Not recommended for people taking antidepressants.
